It can conveniently convert DXF and DWG files into BMP, GIF,JPEG, DXF, DWG, SVG , PDF, HPGL etc., and also enable the conversion between DXF and DWG file versions (R2.5-R2002).Acme CAD Converter is a software that allows you to open and convert DXFand DWG files.
